Dr. Paymon Arab
MD, CCFP
Paymon brings over 10 years experience as an internal medicine specialist, a gastroenterology & hepatology subspecialist and a family medicine specialist. As an assistant professor in medicine, he delivered comprehensive medical educational programs for Kerman University of Medical Sciences in Iran.
During more than ten years practice in famous teaching hospitals in Tehran and Vancouver Paymon was involved in various academic research activities and published some peer-reviewed articles focusing on subjects in internal medicine, gastroenterology and rheumatology.
At present, Paymon takes pride in being prepared to deliver his clinical expertise in managing patients at health care centers, while seeking new opportunities in academic careers and medical research.

Dr. Azad began his career in Medicine focused on Cosmetic procedures by attending and training in various international medical platforms. He studied 7 years of Medicine in Iran and practiced as a Family Physician for 12 years. By finishing his education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), he obtained his degree to become a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and is licensed to practice in British Columbia. His focus of area is Cosmetic Procedures including injections Neurotoxins (Botox), Dermal Fillers, PRP, Mesotherapy, Facial Acupuncture, and…With the privilege of having both Western Medicine knowledge and Natural Medicine knowledge, he has a passionate vision to help patients to meet their goals and increase their quality of life. He is Committed to Provide Scientifically Proven & Evidence-based Naturopathic Care (no Exceptions) and helping his society to live more: Happy, Healthy & Harmonized. He is also Faculty Clinic Supervisor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine/Boucher. Dr. Amir Pendar Ansar,
MD, CCFP
Dr. Pendar Ansar is a Canadian family physician with a distinguished background in orthopaedic surgery and advanced fellowship training, bringing extensive surgical knowledge and clinical experience to the non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Ansar completed his orthopaedic surgery training in Germany, where he obtained German board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2014. He subsequently pursued approximately three and a half years of advanced clinical fellowship training at the University of Toronto, focusing on Hip and Knee Arthroplasty and Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Drawing on his extensive orthopaedic background, Dr. Ansar offers a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal disorders, combining detailed clinical assessment, evidence-based treatment, and office-based procedures to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve their quality of life.
His clinical interests include osteoarthritis, sports-related injuries, acute and chronic joint pain, spinal and soft tissue conditions, and a wide range of upper and lower extremity disorders.
Dr. Ansar provides non-surgical orthopaedic care and musculoskeletal injection therapies, including ultrasound-guided injections for small and large joints, selected tendon and soft tissue conditions, and trigger point injections. His procedural experience includes the management of conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, plantar fasciitis, and tennis elbow.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Ansar has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Academic Family Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan, contributing to medical education and clinical training.
Now practising in British Columbia, Dr. Ansar combines his international orthopaedic training with his Canadian family medicine practice, offering comprehensive primary care and focused musculoskeletal consultations.
Dr. Ansar welcomes physician referrals for musculoskeletal assessment, non-surgical orthopaedic management, and appropriate injection-based treatments.
Dr. Fereshteh Nourbakhsh (Nour)

I am a Medical Doctor and Family Physician with postgraduate specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Iran. I completed my Family Medicine residency at Western University in Ontario, Canada, and also completed training in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). My diverse medical training has shaped my holistic approach to patient care, while my focus remains on evidence-based medicine and individualized treatment.
My Clinical Interests:
- Women’s Health: contraception, Nexplanon and IUD insertion and removal, Pap
smears, menstrual concerns, menopause, and personalized reproductive health care.
- Family & Preventive Medicine: comprehensive primary care, prevention, lifestyle
health, and creating individualized care pathways for patients.
- Minor Procedures & Surgery: one of my passions, including removal and excision of
lumps and bumps, skin biopsies, punch biopsies, and other office-based procedures.
- Patient-Centred Care: I believe good medicine starts with listening. My goal is to create
a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, respected, and actively
involved in their care.
I am passionate about bringing together my experience in Family Medicine, Women’s Health,
procedural care, and naturopathic medicine to provide thoughtful,evidence-based, and
compassionate care tailored to each patient.

Dr. Hamed Javan

Dr Hamed Javan has been working as a Family physician and emergency doctor for 17 years with an extensive experience in rural and urban medical settings as well as cancer research centers.
He is interested in seeing wide range of patients from childhood to elderly population and he aims to create a customized treatment plan based on the most recent developments in medicine.
He speaks Farsi/Persian, English and French. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys playing tennis, volleyball, soccer and painting.
